About

Hi, I'm Sara — a certified Christian Life Coach and Ministry Level Advisor dedicated to helping individuals navigate and heal from unhealthy patterns and beliefs connected to wounds, traumas and the many layers of church hurt.

For decades, I've walked through my own seasons of hardship, woundedness, and pain — often behind the scenes — unaware that God was using it all to shape a testimony that would one day help others find their way forward.

Out of that journey, 321Forward was born — a transformational coaching ministry designed to help people get unstuck from unhealthy patterns and limiting beliefs, and step into the wholeness God designed for them.

The Journey Three movements.

The path to a whole life.

💔

Wounded

It's a certainty that we will experience pain and wounds at various moments in our lives. If left unhealed, these dormant wounds can cultivate a lifetime filled with unhealthy mindsets and belief systems. Those wounds do not have to dictate the course of your life.

01
🌿

Healed

Healing is a wonderful journey that is entirely within reach. Breaking free from unhealthy patterns, mindsets, and beliefs paves the way for a life filled with peace and stability.

02

Whole

Living a life that is whole — complete, without anything missing or broken — is a divine design that God intended for us to flourish within. It represents the ultimate sense of safety and security, regardless of external circumstances.

03

Beloved, I pray that in every way you may succeed and prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.

— 3 John 1:2

The different layers of church hurt.

Church hurt refers to spiritual wounds that are the result of betrayal, distrust, rejection, manipulation, ministry burnout, and leadership failure within a spiritual setting.

I

Shepherd-Inflicted Wounds

Harm caused by spiritual leadership.

II

Flock-Inflicted Wounds

When leaders experience injury from those they serve.

III

Member-to-Member Wounds

Hurt that occurs between congregants.

IV

Institutional or Systemic Wounds

Issues from performance-driven ministry, concealing sin to protect reputation, and lack of accountability, among others.

The body of Christ is holy — but the people within it are still being sanctified. Hurt in the church is real. Healing in Christ is also real.

Let's Get Started Three gentle steps.
